Karen Todd is a real estate developer, entrepreneur, and capital strategist with more than 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, and private capital markets.

Throughout her career, Karen has led and advised projects ranging from residential and mixed-use developments to large-scale infrastructure and master-planned communities. Her expertise lies at the intersection of development execution and sophisticated financial structuring, where she brings together landowners, family offices, institutional investors, developers, lenders, and operating partners to create projects that generate long-term value while strengthening the communities they serve.
