Biography
Allan Crimer is a real estate investment and capital markets professional with extensive experience across acquisitions, asset management, underwriting, development, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has managed and advised on millions of square feet of commercial real estate across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both institutional and entrepreneurial investment strategies.

Prior to founding CoreVault Partners, Allan held leadership roles overseeing large-scale real estate portfolios, capital raising initiatives, and complex investment transactions. His experience spans private equity, public and private REITs, hedge funds, and development platforms, providing him with a unique perspective on sourcing opportunities, structuring investments, and creating long-term value. Allan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
